His/Her history. Agents with no experience will start at 50% of net profit on
brokered loads and all Agent get 30% of the net Profit on contracted dispatch
Trucks. Paid 1st and 15th of each month for loads that are brokered and
delivered by 7th and 24th of that month. Prof of delivery must be in the form of a
faxed copy of the signed bill of lading with the rate conformation.
A.T.L.S. LLC has a Dispatch Service. These truck are contracted to us but are
operating independent. They get paid 90% of the load pay, and get paid the
day that they deliver, with a faxed prof of delivery. (BOL's)

Quick Pay Options. Our 30 day pay is cute on the 20th day to insure that the

until He/She reaches 50,000.00 in Gross Revenue. He/She will be eligible for the New Agent
Commission Incentive.
He/She will receive a 10% bonus of Net Profits for each calendar month that He/She surpasses
2,000.00 in Net Profits. This is to help insure His/Her success.
• PROGRESSIVE COMMISSION – After the first 50,000.00 in Gross Revenue He/She will be
eligible for Progressive Commission Program.
After the first 4,000.00 (per calendar month) in net profits He/She will get a 10% raise in
commissions. After the first 8,000.00 in net profits (per calendar month) He/She will receive another
10% raise in Commission there after. With a maximum of 70%.
• INDEPENDENT BROKER AGENT-Requires a minimum of $1,000,000.00 in gross sales with
13% average Net Profit margins with A.T.L.S.
An Independent Broker gets 80% of NET PROFIT and will be responsible for all his/her experiences
including all transaction and financial charges. This also includes any possible charge backs.
to cover any loses caused by the agent (this will be built at 5% of the Agents bimonthly gross
seatlement or $50.00 whichever is greater, per pay period, until paid in full, and fully refundable to
agent 186 days after agent leaves A.T.L.S.)
• NEW CUSTOMER - A.T.L.S. takes full responsibility for any customers if we approve the
customer and they do not pay; Agents will not be held responsible
• TOOLS FOR SUCCESS-We offer a variety of tools to help our Agents succeed. All of these
tools are made available to you. Some you may find necessary, others just useful. We are always
interested in your ideas and needs. Please let us know if there are any tools that you would like to
see added or developed.
• TRAINING-In order to ensure optimal efficiency and ease in transition, A.T.L.S. offers on going
training to all Agents. Working with you and providing basic orientation to our system. This includes
introduction to our state-of-the-art computer system, basic procedures, and handling any initial
questions you may have. This provides you with a smooth, easy transition into our organization.
• BROKER ONLINE SOFTWARE-All Agents are given access to our operations software via the
Internet. From here you enter your orders for processing. This system helps us process all
paperwork for billing and commissions. You can also trace shipments, and print load sheets. This
gives you and your customers the most up-to-date information possible. This state-of-the-art system
coupled with our Internet tracking tools gives you a definite edge over your competition.
• TOOLS FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS-Offering the necessary tools and services is what gets and

• STATE-OF-THE-ART COMPUTER SYSTEM-Our computer system gives you the information
that you need to give your customer the answers they are looking for. You sound more confident &

• INTERNET SHIPMENT TRACKING-You are able to offer your customers shipment tracking
and tracing right over the Internet. Give your customers access to shipment status.
